BYU GEO has been established to improve the quality of life of developing communities through engineering. GEO is involved in a variety of projects that are implemented locally as well as in developing countries around the world.
BYU GEO is both a class and a club.
The GEO class involves a two semester & 1 term commitment, with 1 credit in the fall, 2 credits winter, and .5 credits during spring term when we travel to Peru and implement the designs which the teams worked on all year.
The GEO club works on projects for Navajo Nations and travels to southern Utah in March each year to implement projects there.
